Real Results Fitness was started by Personal Trainers Sean Connell and Nathan Barry in 2009 and has created a niche following in Sydney by creating and continually developing small group exercise sessions. Most of the techniques you will learn in this program are unique and we will offer you many different session plans and formats so you can design and develop exciting group programs for many years to come. The session formats will include unique time based sessions (which are great for setting a competitive culture in your group) as well as strength, circuit, running and plyometric sets.
All the session types you learn here can be carried out indoors and outdoors. During this course we will go through what we believe you need to create a successful fitness business and even give you some creative marketing tips to take back to your own business.
By the end of this Creative Group Fitness Accreditation you will have enough knowledge to plan months of fun, creative and safe indoor and outdoor fitness sessions. By completing this course you will have permission to use the below formats in your business. You will learn these formats during the course.
We will also give you some great tips on how to create a successful group fitness business and ideas you can take into your own gym or park.

This CEC course is unique because it combines traditional combinations with boxing games and routines that will be both new and exciting to your clients.
