Real Results Fitness was started by Personal Trainer Sean Connell in 2009 and has created a niche following in Sydney by creating and continually developing small group exercise sessions. Most of the techniques you will learn in this program are unique and we will offer you many different session plans and formats so you can design and develop exciting group programs for many years to come. The session formats will include unique time based sessions (which are great for setting a competitive culture in your group) as well as strength, circuit, running and plyometric sets.
All the session types you learn here can be carried out indoors and outdoors and since we are not a boot camp we always have a wet weather venue close to where we train if we have an outdoor session planned. During this course we will go through what we believe you need to create a successful fitness business and even give you some creative marketing tips to take back to your own business.
By the end of this course you will have enough knowledge to plan months of fun, creative and safe indoor and outdoor fitness sessions. By completing Creative Group Fitness Sessions you have permission to use the below formats in your business. You will learn these formats during the course.
We will also give you some great tips on how to create a successful group fitness business and ideas you can take into your own gym or park.
The course runs from 10.30am-4.30pm on 29 October at F45 Newtown, Sydney or 10.30am-4.30pm.
